Are there any Up Front Fees out there that aren't
a Scam? We ask this question with all seriousness
in mind. At what point does an upfront fee become
unreasonable to pay? Time share advertising companies
all have to charge a fee in order to survive. Some
charge upwards of $600 to advertise a resale property
and they charge this directly to your charge card
before your advertisement is even online. Now that's
an unreasonable upfront fee.
Some people sell their homes without a Real Estate
agent. In order to sell the property they take out
a classified in their local newspaper. They pay upfront
and they pay this fee whether or not they sell their
home. The fee is usually somewhere less than $75 and
lasts only a month or two at best in the local paper.
The owners pay this fee because they feel it's reasonable
as opposed to selling their home with flyers, and
signs.
Now what if that same classified advertisement cost
400 to 500 dollars. Would it be worth it then? Is
that still a fair price to pay upfront?
We feel that our
Network Advertising Fee of $100
US for 1 year - to sell or rent your time
share is a fair deal. That fee provides you with 100%
access to your advertisers control panel and a website
that is not only search engine friendly, it receives
thousands of time share visitors daily as well. We
also provide 1 full year in which to sell, not just
a few short months.
Look around and see for yourself what type of deals
are out there. Always protect yourself by asking one
simple question before you pay...Is it worth it?
